PROGRAM

Pick up from the Hotel 03:15 am Transfer from the Hotel to the bus station 03:45am Departure to Paracas. Arrival at approximately 

 

8.00 a.m. motor boat excursion to Ballestas Island in Paracas National Reserve, to observe Sea lions, Boobies, Pelicans, Penguins and other Marine birds, among the many other species which converge there looking for shelter. On the boat trip over to the Islands, the famous "Candelabro" can be seen, an enigmatic drawing that many people believe is related to the Nazca lines, while others think it is a representation of the Southern Cross Constellation, or a stylized drawing of a cactus that was used by high Inca and pre-Inca priests as an hallucinogen. Approximately two hours long.

 

11:00 am departure to the Nazca

 

14:30 pm Arrival transfer directly to Nazca airport Upon arrival, we overfly the enigmatic NAZCA LINES, mysterious traces stretching across the sand for 350 km2., representing a diversity of images of animals and plants, such as the spider, the monkey, the dog, the lizard, the humming bird and the condor among others, of sizes that range from 15 to 250 meters, each one with depths of 30 cm. According to Maria Reiche, the most outstanding scientists that studied the lines, it is the largest astronomic calendar in the world. Free time for personal activities.

 

16:30 pm transfer to the terminal station to take the bus to return to Lima. Transfers to the Hotel
